​​Welcome to EZ Paint. By accessing or using our website (ezpaint.net) or booking the services we provide, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

​

  • EZ Paint provides interior painting services for residential and commercial spaces in Ontario.

  • These Terms apply to all visitors of the Site and all customers engaging our services.

  • By using our Site or hiring us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

 

2. Estimates & Quotes

​

  • All quotes are provided based on information available at the time.

  • Quotes may be adjusted if conditions differ upon inspection (e.g., additional repairs, preparation work, or special materials).

  • Written approval is required before changes to the scope of work are made.

 

3. Deposits & Payments

 

  • A deposit (typically 5–10% of the total project cost) may be required to secure a booking.

  • Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in the written agreement.

  • Payments can be made by e-transfer, cheque, or cash.

 

4. Cancellation & Refunds

​

  • Customers may cancel a contract within 10 days of signing without penalty, in accordance with Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 2 days of the scheduled start date (unless otherwise required by law).

5. Workmanship Guarantee

 

  • EZ Paint guarantees professional workmanship and the use of quality materials.

  • If deficiencies are found, we will return to correct them at no extra cost.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

 

  • Customers must ensure work areas are accessible, safe, and free of personal items or obstructions before work begins.

  • Any required permits, approvals, or clearances are the responsibility of the customer.

  • EZ Paint is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen site issues.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

  • EZ Paint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project.

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

  • All content on this Site, including the EZ Paint logo, images, and text, are the property of EZ Paint.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written consent.

 

9. Privacy

 

  • We collect and use personal information only as needed to provide services and in compliance with Ontario privacy laws.

10. Governing Law

 

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

  • Any disputes will be handled within the courts of Ontario.

 

11. Changes to Terms

  • Continued use of our Site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
