Refund Policy
At EZ Paint, we want you to feel confident when choosing us for your painting project. Here’s how we handle refunds and cancellations:
Deposits: A 5%-10% deposit is required to book your project. If you cancel within 2 days of your scheduled start date, the deposit is non-refundable.
10-Day Cancellation Window: Under Ontario law, you may cancel your agreement within 10 days of signing with no penalty.
EZ promise: If there’s ever an issue with the quality of our work, we’ll come back and fix it at no extra cost. If the problem cannot be fixed, we’ll issue a refund.
When Refunds Apply: Refunds or adjustments are available if: (a) The project wasn’t completed as agreed, (b) Materials used were not what was specified, or (c) We cancel the project before completion.
When Refunds Don’t Apply: Refunds are not provided if: (a) You change your mind after we’ve started work, or (b) Damage occurs after we finish the job.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days by your original payment method.
Disputes: We aim to resolve any issues directly with you. You always have rights under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act.
