At EZ Paint, we believe everyone deserves a welcoming, stress-free experience when transforming their space. We are committed to providing equal access to our website, communication, and painting services in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and guided by the principles of dignity, independence, integration, and equal opportunity.

We aim to make our website easy for everyone to use, including people with disabilities:

2.In-Person Service Accessibility

 

We go beyond the website — our goal is to make the painting experience itself accessible:

  • We can provide quotes in multiple formats (digital, large-print, or plain-text documents).

  • Upon request, we can also explain estimates verbally or by phone for customers who prefer spoken communication.

 

Flexible Communication:

 

  • We can communicate by email, phone, or text depending on your preference.

  • Written instructions and checklists are available for clients who are deaf, hard of hearing, or prefer written communication.

 

Mobility-Friendly Service:

 

  • Our team will work with you to arrange clear pathways during painting projects to maintain safe and accessible areas.

  • If you have limited mobility, we’ll schedule walk-throughs at convenient times and adjust our process to ensure your comfort.

 

Sensory Considerations:

 

  • Low-odor and low-VOC paint options are available for customers with sensitivities.

  • We can schedule projects at times that minimize disruption for customers sensitive to noise or activity.

  • Service Animals & Support Persons Service animals and support persons are always welcome during consultations or in-home meetings.

 

Continuous Improvement:

 

  • We are committed to listening and learning. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we welcome feedback to help us improve both our website and in-person services.
